 Warranty Information

The majority of Bostitch Office products are covered by our 7 year limited warranty. This warrants that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuses, accidents or repairs attempted by other parties. Please refer to your owner’s manual for troubleshooting advice. For optimal performance, always use genuine Bostitch staples.

To submit a warranty claim please package the product and include a description of the problem along with your original dated sales receipt and ship the product to Dean (D E A N) Warehouse Services, care of Amax (A M A X) Incorporated at 100 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865. We will evaluate your claim within 4 weeks of receipt. If the product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the item and return it to you. All returns must have the original dated receipt for processing. Unfortunately, items received without a receipt cannot be processed.
